Studio Vägg Architecture is an agency dedicated to the development of commercial assets.
Approach
Specializing in Core+ and Value Add operations, we provide asset enhancement solutions through targeted and financially controlled work. Our approach leverages the economic potential of each real estate asset by leveraging its architectural, cultural, and historical identity.
The interior design, in line with the renovation, must transform spaces to make them beautiful, functional, and comfortable. Each intervention seeks to improve the occupant experience by optimizing the organization and ergonomics of the space.
Our ambition is to create a harmonious link between what exists and what will become, by (re)creating aesthetic and functional coherence for each space. We constantly seek a unique and intrinsic visual identity, specific to each building complex, using simple and powerful tools such as geometry, axes, equivalences and harmony of colors.
This approach is accompanied by particular attention to the materials and heritage aspects of the site, ensuring that each intervention is long-term.
Studio Vägg is committed to integrating each project into an innovative, sustainable approach, fully aligned with the principles of the Paris Bioclimatic Local Urban Plan (PLU). Aware of the new challenges of sustainable development, we believe that environmentally friendly architecture can sustainably transform urban spaces while enhancing existing ones. By rehabilitating spaces in a targeted and reasoned manner, Studio Vägg integrates its interventions into a forward-looking approach, aligned with the ecological challenges of our time.
Axel Delouvrier
After graduating from the Paris-Belleville School of Architecture in 2005, Axel Delouvrier furthered his career with a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School. At the same time, he completed his first renovation projects with a company specializing in project management, laying the foundations for his expertise in transforming existing spaces.
In 2009, Axel joined forces to create the RDAA architecture firm. For nearly fifteen years, he led the "Renovations" division, where he oversaw a variety of projects, ranging from office renovations to public facilities.
Driven by the desire to specialize further, Axel created a new structure, Studio Vägg Architecture.
This agency is dedicated exclusively to renovation and interior design.
